I found myself researching electric wine openers as a gift because they’re the best thing I’ve ever found at a discount store.
I’m not sure if it’s because Richard is left-handed that he struggles to open a bottle of wine (or he just likes me opening the bottle the way I like to fix things around the house).
Regardless, I was able to find an opener that you literally don’t even have to think about how it works. It will open your wine bottle and hand you the cork when it’s done all on its own.
I’ve found the best one to get is the one without the up and down buttons on the side. If you’re looking for a fancy one to impress, with lights and a stand that sits on your counter for all to see, that’s different. If you just want something easy that works, let me tell you which one to get.

The Rabbit Electric wine opener is the easiest. Actually, after watching this video I noticed that I don’t even have to push it down on the bottle because it does that on its own too.
